Recruiting enough patients for your study is challenging enough; losing good candidates due to lack of follow-up only compounds the problem. Many research sites cannot keep up with every study applicant promptly and frequently.
Some campaigns may receive 10 to 30 leads per week
On average it takes 4 to 5 efforts to make contact
Losing leads can mean thousands of dollars in missed opportunities
Launch myStudy’s Mission Control Service (Call Center), eliminates this problem by navigating your leads through the pre-qualification process. You can fasten your seat belt and enable the cruise control.
SERVICE INCLUDES:
· Creating a Sponsor and IRB phone screener questions
· Inbound/Outbound phone and texting contact
· Adding leads into your CTMS and/or our Flight Deck, including demographics, medications, medical history, and more...
· 6 attempts to reach each lead
· Pre-qualifying leads (utilizing approved phone script)
· Scheduling leads into CTMS or warm transferring and email notifications of all qualified patients over to a member of your staff for scheduling
The Launch MyStudy PROCESS
As a lead signs up to learn more about your study, they are automatically added to our Flight Deck (client portal). From here, our team contacts them within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday).
If our team is unable to reach a lead, we will update the status lead to Contact in Progress and follow up with them again. We contact each lead up to 6 times (3 phone calls and 3 text messages).
Leads are moved to the 3 Attempt status if they are unresponsive. We’ll add notes and log the date of each attempt to reach them.
When a lead is available, we use the IRB approved phone script created at the Flight Deck (creative process) to qualify them.
Once a lead is pre-qualified, we will update the status to Qualified, and our team sends an email with the lead’s details along with the pre-screening questions. The leads that do not qualify are moved to the DNQ – Phone Screen status in the portal with a note detailing why they didn’t qualify.
